    remotely consider recommending this for is people that a have a very good relationship with health that cognitive performance and health span I will link all the studies and articles down there so you can check little bit more for the shorter fast I’m doing the 16:8 split you really don’t get all of the huge benefits of doing long-term fats when you’re only fasting for 16 hours so you’re not losing as much by to digesting as much anymore so if I were to have a big meal or have really any good amount of solid food right now
